  1. Shipping Locations
    We can ship your order within India. For locations outside these regions, please contact us via email at support@prabhatmart.com to check if we can make the shipment possible.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
    Your product will be shipped within 2-3 days.
  • Standard Shipping: 
    The estimated time of delivery will be 14 business days. The rates applicable for shipping will depend on the location and weight of your order. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
    Express Shipping: If you are looking for quicker delivery, we have express shipping available. It usually takes about 7 business days. These charges also will be included during checkout.
    Free Shipping: We also provide free standard shipping on any order above 1000₹, which is applicable within India.
  1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within two business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays) from receipt of the confirmation email. Another notification will be sent after the order is shipped.
Cutoff Time: Orders made after 2 PM will be accepted and processed the next business day.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within the next 2 business days. You may then track your order through the link or visit our website and enter your tracking number.

  1. Delivery Issues

Incorrect address: Ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders listened to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Lost or Damaged Packages: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives in damaged condition or any items are missing.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the shipping cost. For details, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Times: Time taken to ship internationally varies with destinations and customs processing. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delay due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Delivery Attempt
    An attempt will be made for delivery to the recipient on the second occasion if the first attempt fails. This package may then get thrown back to our warehouse if unsuccessful, and a new request for re-delivery may then require additional charges to be incurred.
  2. Undeliverable Packages
    These typically include poor addresses, restricted delivery within certain areas, and a non-available recipient.
    Such incidence will be further contacted to resolve the matter with you or refund as applicable.
  3. Shipping Restrictions
    Certain items may also be declared restrictions concerning shipping based on regional or national rules.
